User Agreement
The text below is our user site agreement. These are the terms and conditions
required for access to our site. Please read completely before deciding to
agree or disagree with these terms. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE AUCTION!
The registration form that follows will allow you to bid on auction items on the Rawlco Radio Auction website. Please be patient after hitting the submit button. Registration may take a few seconds. You may change your password at anytime once you have registered. Please note that by placing a bid you are making a contract between yourself and the Radio Auction. Once you place a bid, you may not retract it. In some provinces, it is illegal to win an auction and not purchase the item. In other words, if you don't want to pay for it, please don't bid!
At Rawlco Radio Ltd. we understand the importance of privacy to the individual. We know that earning the trust of our clients is a permanent and ongoing endeavour. With the growth of electronic media it is necessary to take further steps in protecting the privacy of the individual. We fully support the new Canadian legislation, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, in its role to protect the privacy of the individual.
Why we collect personal information?
This information is necessary in order to identify you, contact you, or process your purchase. These may include: Name, Username, address, phone number, and e-mail address.
Rawlco Radio Ltd. will not release your personal information with these exceptions:
• When you give us permission to do so;
• When we believe in good faith that the law requires it;
• To protect the rights or property of Rawlco Radio Ltd.

Any attempt to deliberately damage or to undermine the legitimate operation of this auction is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such attempt be make, Rawlco Radio reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
